Exchange & Refund

At Citi Shoes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We’re happy to offer exchanges or refunds under certain conditions to ensure a smooth and fair shopping experience.

Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Sale items or items bought under discount promotions.
  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are available for size or color issues.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the item.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is defective).

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
